Sweat Circuit


A customized program designed to help members with specific weight loss goals. We assess each member and develop a program for them to achieve their goal on a progressive and rapid schedule. Our staff have decades of experience in nutrition, physiology, fitness and training to help members lose weight quickly and safely.


Members have access to a variety of equipment available for cardio, strength training and flexibility. As they progress in their program, they are reassessed and the program is adjusted to maximize their performance. We offer this as our fastest approach to weight loss, without dieting. Feel free to take advantage of our special introductory offer for new members.
