Chinese Boxing

Chinese boxing (sometimes called Sanda) is modern fighting sport that made up of boxing, kicking and wrestling. At Wilson Martial Arts Family Fitness Centre, Sanda is one of our primary discipline of practice. Our class structure consist of conditioning, stretching, skills development and practical applications.

Monday: 8:00pm - 9:30pm

Wednesday: 8:00pm - 9:30pm

Saturday: 10:30am - 12:00 noon

 

Ving Tsun

Ving Tsuan is a relatively simple kung fu/self-defense system that consists of two theories (centreline and straight-Line) and three main principles (save time, energy and movement).

Monday: 8:00pm - 9:30pm

Wednesday: 8:00pm - 9:30pm

Friday: 6:00pm - 7:30pm

Kung Fu Kids

 

A progressive self defense program, designed to equip our students with the fundamentals of both traditional and mixed martial arts training.

Female Fight Fitness

A Women Only environment to specifically help women get fit, shed some pounds, tone muscles and have fun in the process. 45 minute circuit training workout just for women. 

Tuesday: 6:30pm - 7:15pm

Thursday: 6:30pm - 7:15pm

Friday: 7:30pm - 8:15pm

Sunday: 8:00am - 8:45am
