A 45 minute workout program designed to help get fit, shed pounds and tone muscles while having fun in the process.

Sunday 9:30am - 10:15pm

Tuesday 6:15pm - 7:00pm

Last 1.5 years were tough times. The best way for me to overcome this hardship was being a member of WMA. I was quarantined at home, away from friends, and social distancing efforts meant I won't be able to attend WMA gym classes together with friends. The Female Fitness class has been an amazing experience and one of the best decisions that I have ever made! Female Fight Fitness classes have been an amazing chapter in my life. I've been a part of this group since the beginning, about ten years. Hugh's ambudance of knowledge, support and experience is extraordinary!! He modifies exercises for individual needs. He gives us nutritional advice. The list can go on and on. He is very humble, kind and dedicated. Natalia is also our support and motivation in so many ways to these classes. My

Wilson Martial Arts 205 Queen St S, Streetsville Mississauga, ON L5M 1L5 Hugh Wilson is a multi-talented instructor = Martial arts, fitness, and Salsa dancing He has a great way with the youngsters that he teaches martial arts to, giving guidance and instilling respect, cooperation, and teamwork. I have been a member of the Female Fight Fitness class for 10 years. At 60 years of age, I am stronger and more fit then I have ever been in my life. The classes are never the same from one day to the next. We are never board. Hugh Wilson always encourages us to do our best, to push ourselves where we can and to never give up. Favorite words “DRIVE, DRIVE!”

Covid has not stopped us. We transitioned to Zoom classes within a week of the lockdown in March 2020 and have continued for the past 15 months. We keep in touch daily on our group chat, sharing birthday greetings, jokes, and motivational sayings or just checking in. I really appreciate that he is a trainer that participates in the class and does the workout with us. He does not just stand around looking at his phone waiting for us to do the exercise.

Everyone is welcome. Adults of any age, who want to better themselves, meet a great group of people, get stronger and have fun. While I prefer to be in the gym for a face to face class I am so grateful that we found a way to keep going during these tuff times. I hope to continue for the next 20 years.
